Data & Privacy
In the course of providing audience segmentation and content distribution management services, we may process data you provide. Our handling of such data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights and consents to provide any audience data for segmentation analysis.
Termination & Amendments
Mitchell Communication reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
